Registration - Includes admission to the general session, all technical sessions, exhibits, the Ice Breaker Reception on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, continental breakfasts and lunches Tuesday-Thursday.

Guest Ice Breaker Reception, Tuesday, May 6, 2008. Tickets are available for purchase for $40.

There are three ways to register:

•  Online
Register on-line by selecting http://www.one-stop-registration.com/jsem/. Online registration will close after April 25, 2008. After this date, you must register on-site.

•  Fax
Register via FAX by completing the Registration Form (PDF) and faxing it to 888-288-3772 or 514-228-3086. Please do not FAX any registrations after April 25, 2008 . After this date, please bring your registration form with you to the Conference to register on-site.

•  Mail
Registrations may be mailed to:

Registrations will not be taken over the phone. Payment must be made at the time of registration.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than February 22, 2008. After this date, there will be a $75 cancellation fee. There will be no refund for any cancellations received after April 25, 2008. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the Conference.

Substitutions are permitted at any time in lieu of cancellations and must be provided in writing.
