All cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to February 10, 2006. After this date, there will be a $ 75 cancellation fee. There will be no refund for any cancellation received after March 10, 2006. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Substitutions are permitted at any time in lieu of cancellations and must be provided in writing.
